A non-reversible hash, generated from the user’s e-mail address, is also sent to the Gravatar service, if it is being used on the page. After the comment is approved, its content and the generated avatar are both displayed publicly. The terms and services for Gravatar can be viewed on this page: https://automattic.com/privacy/

Embedded content from other pages
Entries on the website may contain embedded content (such as videos, images or articles) from other sites. This embedded content behaves exactly as if the user was visiting the other site from which they originated.
How long we store your personal data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata will remain in the system for an indeterminate amount of time, for moderation purposes. This is so that any subsequent comments are recognized as coming from a moderator-approved user and can avoid going into the unmoderated comments queue.
The personal information of registered users is also indefinitely stored in their user profile. Any user can view, edit and delete any of the information in their own profile (except for their username) at any time. The site administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights users have regarding their data
A user that has a registered user account or comments on the site can request to receive all their personal data in an export file, which contains all the information they have previously provided us. They can also request that any of this data be deleted. However, any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons is exempt from this.
Where we send data
The content of comments submitted by users might be sent to an automatic spam screening service for analysis.
